You don't have a bioinformatics problem. You have a timing problem.

The science is solvable. The constraint is people, infrastructure and calendar — and they all push against the same deadline.

  • 01

Hiring a senior bioinformatician takes 6+ months

And then you need a second one for backup. Plus HPC infrastructure, plus pipelines, plus documentation. Your project doesn't have that runway.

  • 02

Internal generalists hit a wall on single-cell and multi-omics

Standard pipelines only carry you so far. Modern omics needs senior judgment on QC, batch effects, integration, and statistical models.

  • 03

Grant and regulatory deadlines don't move

Submission windows close. Funding rounds close. Peer reviewers don't accept 'we ran out of compute time' as an answer.

  • 04

Reports need to speak two languages

A wet-lab biologist needs to act on the result. A regulator needs to verify it. Most analysts can write for one audience, not both.

  • 05

Building an HPC stack is a project in itself

Storage, schedulers, secure data transfer, audit trails, reproducibility. You can buy that, or you can buy a team that already runs it.

An outsourced senior bioinformatics team — custom scope, transparent process, no template pipelines.

We don't sell shrink-wrapped pipelines. Every engagement starts with a FREE scoping session, runs through a small pilot, and only after full agreement then moves to full delivery. You commit when you have evidence — not on a sales call.

  • PhD-level senior team — not juniors with a checklist
  • Custom scope from discovery to handover
  • Reproducible pipelines you keep
  • Internal peer review on every delivery

A senior team with a delivery record across the work that actually matters.

Proven delivery

  • Large-scale NGS data processing across thousands of samples
  • Heterogeneous data integration (clinical, omics, imaging metadata)
  • Longitudinal modeling for translational and biomarker studies
  • Preparation of biomarker and grant reports ready for submission
  • Translational research support across oncology and immunology

Market context

~14%

Estimated CAGR of the bioinformatics services market through 2030. Pharma and biotech are the fastest-growing end users; AI and multi-omics integration are pushing demand for senior expertise.

Decisions you can defend — to your board, to a regulator, to a peer reviewer.

01

Processed data delivered on the agreed timeline — reproducible, documented, defensible

02

Reports built for publication, regulatory submission, or internal go / no-go decisions

03

Reproducible Nextflow / Snakemake pipelines you keep after handover

04

No need to hire, onboard, or backfill an internal bioinformatics function

05

Flexible scaling — ramp up for a milestone, ramp down between phases

Pick the shape of collaboration that fits your stage.

One scope, one delivery.

Single Project

A defined deliverable — a study, a pipeline, a report. Scoped, priced, and delivered as a self-contained engagement.

  • Fixed scope agreed in scoping session
  • Pilot first, then full delivery
  • Handover with documentation and pipelines

Multi-phase programs.

Ongoing Engagement

For research programs that span quarters or years. We become a reliable bioinformatics partner across consecutive phases.

  • Phase-by-phase scoping and delivery
  • Continuity of senior personnel between phases
  • Shared roadmap with your scientific lead

Senior bioinformatics, embedded.

Embedded Team

A senior bioinformatician (or small team) operating as a direct extension of your internal R&D — your standups, your backlog.

  • Allocated capacity per month
  • Integrated with your tools and workflows

Senior. Custom. Connected to a wider biomedical platform.

  • Senior-only delivery. The PhD-level team you meet in scoping is the same team running your analysis.
  • Custom scope, not template scripts. We design the analysis around the question, not around what we already have lying around.
  • Part of the Sameta platform. When useful, we connect engagements with adjacent capabilities — Omixme for personalized medicine workflows, Dtwin for digital twin research.

Four steps. Each one earns the next.

  1. 01

    Scoping

A FREE scoping session: we define the question, methodology, effort, and timeline. You leave with a written plan — even if you don't continue with us.

  2. 02

    Pilot

A small first deliverable in 1–2 weeks. You see how we work, how we communicate, and how the output looks before you commit to the full project.

  3. 03

    Delivery

Full analysis, internally peer-reviewed by our senior team. Reports written for the audience that needs to act on them.

  4. 04

    Handover

Documentation, reproducible pipelines, raw and processed outputs, and post-delivery support. You own everything.

Where we sit vs. the usual options.

vs. Big CROs

We are faster, more flexible, and senior-heavy from day one. You speak directly with the people running your analysis.

vs. Freelancers

We bring a team, internal peer review, methodology, GDPR-aligned processes, and signed NDAs — not a single point of failure.

vs. Hiring in-house

No multi-month search, no HPC build-out, no risk of mis-hire. You get senior output in weeks, not quarters.

10 — Risk reversal

FREE Discovery scoping session and a small pilot. You decide whether to continue with evidence in hand.

There's no long-term commitment up front. If the pilot doesn't earn your trust, you stop. We'd rather lose the engagement at the pilot stage than mis-deliver the full project — and so would you.

Three ways to work with us — pricing follows scope.

Model 01

Single Project

One scope, one delivery.

A defined deliverable — a study, a pipeline, a report. Scoped, priced, and delivered as a self-contained engagement.

  • Fixed scope agreed in scoping session
  • Pilot first, then full delivery
  • Handover with documentation and pipelines

Model 02

Ongoing Engagement

Multi-phase programs.

For research programs that span quarters or years. We become a reliable bioinformatics partner across consecutive phases.

  • Phase-by-phase scoping and delivery
  • Continuity of senior personnel between phases
  • Shared roadmap with your scientific lead

Model 03

Embedded Team

Senior bioinformatics, embedded.

A senior bioinformatician (or small team) operating as a direct extension of your internal R&D — your standups, your backlog.

  • Allocated capacity per month
  • Integrated with your tools and workflows

Template pricing produces template output. Yours doesn't.

Every project we run has a different scope: different data shape, different question, different downstream audience. A fixed price list would either over-charge small projects or quietly cap the quality of large ones. Custom pricing is the consequence of taking each project seriously.

Pricing is set after scoping — when both sides understand exactly what is being delivered. Our pipelines can handle 10, 100 or 10,000+ samples; the price reflects what the work actually is, not a marketing tier.

Things we ship that other teams charge extra for.

Reproducible pipelines

Nextflow / Snakemake pipelines handed over with the project. You can re-run, audit, and extend them without us.

Regulator-ready documentation

Methodology, parameters, versions, and chain-of-custody documented to a standard your QA team will recognize.

Internal peer review

Every delivery is reviewed by a second senior team member before it reaches you. Built into the process, not optional.

The people, the rigor, and the platform behind every engagement.

Senior bioinformatics expertise, end to end. Three complementary specialists covering the full path from biological question to reproducible answer: DNA repair and genome stability, integrated multi-omics and host–pathogen biology, and the HPC pipeline engineering that makes every analysis re-runnable, auditable, and ready for peer review. Beyond this core expertise, additional senior team members are carefully selected based on the specific needs of each project.

Honesty up front about who we work well with.

Good fit

  • Pharma & biotech R&D teams running preclinical or translational omics studies
  • Bio startups pre Series A/B who need senior firepower without a hire
  • Academic groups with grant-funded bioinformatics work and a publication target
  • CROs needing overflow capacity or white-label senior expertise

Not the right fit

  • Buyers shopping primarily on lowest hourly rate
  • Projects with no clearly defined biological or scientific question
  • Work that requires regulatory claims we are not in a position to make

Data waits for no one.

We don't run countdown timers or fake "3 spots left" scarcity. The real urgency is in your calendar: grant submission deadlines, regulatory timelines, funding rounds, conference abstracts. Most of those are non-negotiable. Scoping starts the clock — the earlier we talk, the more options you have.

The questions we usually answer in the first call.
